Set-it-and-forget-it temperature control
The only wood-fired oven to maintain oven floor temperature using a closed loop (the oven gets feedback from a sensor and adjusts the flow of pellets accordingly). Just turn the dial to your desired temperature, and the oven handles the rest.
Wood-fired and wicked hot
Infuse your food (and backyard!) with that irreplaceable wood-fired flavor. The oven can easily maintain the 950ºF needed to get those perfectly spotted Neapolitan-style pizzas.
Faster recovery time
